NewsOTP Bank and IT Sistemi make document management more efficient

OTP Bank and IT Sistemi launched a new transaction and forms processing system.

Zadar, Mar 17, 2009. -  OTP Bank and IT Sistemi launched last month the new transaction processing system with the addition of automated processing of bank’s predefined forms.  The goal of the project was to speed-up and optimize capture, processing, approval, archiving and the realization of the transactions. The project encompasses the whole business process, from the local subsidiaries, to the back-end transaction system.

This new system brings significant cost reduction in processing and archiving business documentation, and more efficient business process tracking. The need to send paper documents from the branch offices to the microfilming center is now completely eliminated.

The new goal is to broaden the system to encompass the loan application forms, in order to speed up loan approval and realization.
